Drawings prepared for planning application for a single story extension to the side of the house; to replace the existing garage with a separate shower and utility room with new entrance to main house; to bring the garage forward in line with the front of the house and; to landscape the front garden and driveway.
On approval detailed working drawings prepared in accordance with relevant Building Regulations including the following plans; foundations and drainage, joist , roof, electrics, cross section and front and rear elevations.
